Beyond the forecasted specifications, the project satisfies our own starvated requirements as following:
1. Protection and exploitation of view:
- Each residence will have unlimited view that will not be prevented by the forward buildings.
- Each room and communal space will have direct view in the sea.

- Each residence will be independent from the other so much as for distances what as for the spaces and the buildings (spaces of quartering - cesspools - supplies).

3. Protection of environment:

You have two choices for become a happy owner of the dream houses of 'Melitsahas Project':
1. You can choose one of the houses that we designed and build.

2.We together design from the beginning your house in the plot that will be available

Whoever way to select, you need to know the following:
- The cost of building does not depend from the profit that we can have, (we have limited in minimal cost, so we maintain our fame for economic manufactures) but from the quality of constuction and the cost of materials that will be used in the various stages.
- In the quality of the constuction we do not make reprocesses and do not exist possibility of reduction of cost from this.
- In the materials that we use in the various stages of constuction as eg insulating material, floorings, timber, colorations, bath materials etc, we have calculated a good relation of quality vs price.We do not recommend you to seek reduction of price using lower quality materials but if you decide this, you the all the responsibility by your self.
- Naturally you can ask more better quality, materials or style in the construction. In this case you will be incured as long as precisely the moreover cost.
